Set your maximum bid upfront. The system bids on your behalf using the minimum increment needed to keep you in the lead, up to your max. If outbid, you get an email notification so you can decide whether to bid higher.
Bids within the final 5 minutes extend the closing time by 5 minutes. This repeats until no new bids arrive in the final window — preventing last-second sniping and keeping the auction fair for everyone.

Invoices are due within 7 days of auction close. Unpaid invoices after 7 days may result in account restrictions. Contact us before the deadline if you need additional time.
All sales are final — items are sold as-is per the condition reports and photographs provided. If an item is significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
Shipping is calculated dynamically based on item weight, dimensions, and your destination. Estimated cost is shown on each lot page before you bid. We use a dimensional weight divisor of 139 for oversized items.
Yes. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout. We will coordinate a convenient pickup window at our Florida location after your payment clears.
Every item is professionally packed with bubble wrap, foam, and custom crating for fragile pieces. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with full tracking emailed to you upon dispatch.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International buyers are welcome to use a US-based freight forwarder — contact us for recommendations.

Click the watchlist icon on any lot page to add it. View all watched items from your Dashboard. You will receive email notifications when watched lots are about to close.
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant processors — we never store credit card numbers on our servers. Your personal data is never shared with third parties.
